Plain summary first: we don't use tracking cookies on this site, we don't sell or share email addresses, and the data we collect is the minimum needed to email you about our launch.
What we collect
- Anonymous visit stats. Aggregate page views and referrers via Plausible. No cookies are stored on your device. No personal identifiers are recorded. Data lives on EU servers.
- Email address (only if you sign up). If you submit the form on this site, we store your email so we can send you launch updates. We use double opt-in: you confirm the address via a one-tap email before it's added to our list.
Who processes it
- Cloudflare — hosts the website and routes traffic. Standard server logs (IP address, timestamp) for security and rate limiting; rotated regularly.
- Plausible Analytics — anonymous, cookieless visit metrics. EU-hosted.
- Resend — sends the confirmation email and stores your email address as part of our launch mailing list.
Your rights
- Unsubscribe at any time — every email has a one-tap link.
- Email us at hello@lsj.studio to request access to, correction of, or deletion of any data we hold about you. We respond within 30 days.
Cookies
This site does not set any tracking or advertising cookies. We don't use a cookie banner because there are no non-essential cookies to consent to. If that changes (for example, if we later add marketing pixels), we'll add a proper consent control before any tracking starts.
Changes
We'll update this page if our processors change. The current version reflects our pre-launch holding site; once the shop is live we'll publish a more detailed policy that covers orders, shipping, and payments.
